All proceeds go to Equality Fire Department and the Friends of the Shawnee National Forest.

The fun begins with a guided hike to Pounds Hollow Arch. Hikers will meet at the
Pounds Hollow parking lot at 9 a.m. and then carpool to the trail head.

• A Forest Therapy Walk to Rim Rock begins at noon.
• On-site registration and check-in for the Plunge starts at noon.
• Musician John West performs from noon to 2 p.m.
• Participants should be ready to PLUNGE at 2 p.m.
• The Sasquatch Grill food truck serves up delicious food starting at 11 a.m.
• Prizes awarded for best team costume.
• Other games and activities will take place throughout the day.

Pre-registration is $40 at shawneefriends.org. The first 50 to pre-register receive a
commemorative refrigerator magnet. Registration on the day of the event is $50 cash or check only.

Feel free to bring any extra donations. Cash, or checks made to the “Friends of the Shawnee National Forest,” are preferred.
